This hotel is absolutely perfect. The service is great, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The owner is very responsive. Would highly recommend it.
Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, el baño también está bien, el personal es muy amable, pero la ubicación si está lejos si quieres llegar caminando a puerto angelito.

This is a hotel I would recommend to anyone. It is the best customer service I have received after travelling over 40 countries. Luis and his staff are incredible and took care of any concerns I had. If you’re worried about travel right now I would recommend this place as they will take good care of you in an emergency, the place is clean, and the manager is always available on WhatsApp to help. The wifi works better on the lower floors but I know they are changing their provider soon so that should service all the floors equally (wifi is an issue in all of Puerto Escondido and this hotel has one of the better connections). Hot showers, 5 minute walk to the main road to catch a taxi or about a 15 minute walk to get to the beach. Highly recommend!! I can’t say enough good things about the service and my stay.
This is one of the best places I've stayed in so far in Mexico at this budget! I was here for 2 months in one of their apartments on the top floor. The views are fantastic and the staff are a family who were so welcoming to me, so hospitable, always able to help make my stay more comfortable. The rooms are well designed, attractive, with plenty of space, a decent kitchen and bathroom and a good fridge. The aircon works really well and it's in a safe, very local, non-touristy section of town with many small local eateries, abarrotes stores, hairdressers etc, but also just across the road to Zicatela Beach for nightlife and beach life. Highly recommend.
